Neonode signs zForce license agreement with Daesung Electric

Neonode, Inc., the Swedish Optical Touchscreen Technology Company, has announced that it signed a technology license agreement with Daesung Electric of South Korea.
Daesung Electric is a member of the LS family of companies and is a major worldwide developer and manufacturer of electric and electronic modules, relay and switching devices for the automotive industry.

"Daesung is one of the world's leading suppliers of electric and electronic components and modules to the automotive industry and we are now working together to provide innovative next generation products for automobiles. This license agreement expands the reach of our zForce technology to a new exciting market." said Thomas Eriksson, CEO of Neonode Technologies AB.

Neonode offers touch solutions that is many times more cost effective than any other high performance touch solutions in the market today. zForce incorporates all functionality and performance features from traditional touch solutions like resistive and capacitive. zForce supports high resolution pen input, multi-finger touch, gestures like zooming combined with superior picture quality and low power consumption. zForce is currently being integrated into products such as mobile phones, mobile internet devices, e-books, digital picture frames and tablet PC's.
